Event schedule
We will put together the perfect team event for you from our huge selection of games.
The games are individually tailored to your group. Depending on the number of participants and the scope of the games, you will typically play 7–15 games. To maintain the element of surprise, you will only find out which games we have selected for you during your event. With our experience from thousands of team events in Berlin , we choose the perfect games for your group based on age, gender distribution, and interests, in either German or English. During the activity, a dedicated game master will be available exclusively to guide your group through the event.
How you will experience the unique team event:
No forced small talk, but fun, excitement and plenty of surprises!
First, you will be greeted by your host. Make yourself comfortable and relax with a chilled drink while your host explains the game rules!
Then we'll divide you into teams and get started!
The excitement builds as the games progress. Be surprised by your colleagues' hidden talents, experience 2.5 hours of fun and excitement together, and determine who gets to lift the winner's trophy at the end!

The Wilhelmsruh S-Bahn station is an 18-minute walk away. It's only a 17-minute S-Bahn ride from Friedrichstraße station. Several bus lines are just a 2-minute walk away.
By car:
Ample parking is available nearby. A large free parking lot is located in front of the barrier; alternatively, free parking is available on the street.

Are drinks or catering included?
Can corporate events be booked as an add-on?
Both options are possible; we offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages at every event. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Please arrive sober, as we regularly have to cancel 2-3 games due to time constraints otherwise! Heavily intoxicated individuals will not be admitted. Regarding catering: If our capacity allows, we also offer the option of extending your stay and arranging catering for an additional fee.
For what group sizes is WhatAGame suitable as a team event?
Our game show format is designed for groups ranging from small teams of 4 up to large events with up to 150 participants. Whether it’s an intimate department outing, a summer party, or the annual corporate celebration, our flexible game mix creates an authentic team spirit for groups of any size.
Are we allowed to take photos and videos for memories and social media?
"Absolutely! Lights, camera, action! You're welcome (and encouraged!) to capture your best celebrations, epic fail moments, and the awards ceremony. Many teams use the photos afterward for the company intranet, social media, or the next Christmas party presentation. Your game master will also be happy to take a group photo at the end!"
We don't want a sport! Is WhatAGame still something for us?
No one needs to be an elite athlete here! The games are designed so that everyone on the team can shine: whether through brains, tactics, skill, or teamwork. We tailor the program to your group, ensuring everyone from trainees to management has a great time.
Is the team event suitable if the colleagues haven't known each other for very long?
Absolutely! Our game show format breaks the ice in no time. Through shared excitement, puzzles, and cheering, all departments quickly and naturally start talking. At WhatAGame, there's no pressure or awkward icebreaker games; the dynamic arises naturally from the sheer fun of the game!
